What is the amount of WH it takes to run the breeze and also the max WH it can run safely with?

The Breeze has a 1W min and 20W max. A 1W input will run it on the slowest speed setting, but not medium or high speed. With a fully charged 144WH power bank, it runs at high speed for 8.5 hours (pulling roughly 17W) and at a slow speed for 6 days (pulling 1W).
