Can the Power 266 be plugged into both a device and solar panel simultaneously?

The Power 266 is capable of “pass-through charging” on specific input and outputs. The 12V socket can run regardless of charging status. When using the USB-C input for charging, the 266 Power cannot discharge through the variable DC port while in use.
