The Grill's Heat Bank Technology can be used in some cases to cook a small amount of food after the Sun has gone down. This method is best used for small dishes such as, reheating leftovers, a small loaf of cornbread (i.e. a quick break), 4-6 eggs or dehydrated and freeze-dried meals (up to two servings). Simply let the Grill heat up through the day and insert your food when ready. (Note, food should not be inserted when the stove reads above #3, if too hot just vent until ready)
