My Stove was Delivered Broken. What Should I Do?

If your tube was delivered broken, or breaks after arrival, we apologize sincerely for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps to ensure a safe clean-up:
 
1) Make sure to use safety protection (we recommend safety glasses and gloves)
2) Remove and dispose of broken glass pieces
3) Vacuum or sweep up small shards and dust
4) If needed, clean reflectors with window cleaner and soft rag
 
Please send us an email to support@gosunstove.com to get a new replacement tube. Be sure to snag a few photos of the damage, as our support team will require that you send us pictures. Once you receive the replacement tube, follow further instructions on how to install the new tube.
